When we are talking about human rights issue in another country, the first thing comes to my mind is how Uyghur’s human right, which is the issue happening in China Xinjiang. People in Xinjiang are sent to the reduction camp and they are being forced to cut off the connection with others including their family, and forced to work for 12 hours every day and learn Chinese. They are also forced to taking classes about patriotism.

I can not really tell which organization really focus on helping the Uyghur get out of the control of the Chinese government, as that is really not a thing that other country can do a lot too. However, I know that a lot of news did a lot of reports on that. Some reporters will even secretly send someone to Xinjiang and hope to get more information by that. I also go online and search, and I did see that America did go through the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act of 2020 which will give more pressure on the Chinese government, and hope them hurting the human right of the Uyghur. There is also a lot of companies issue a statement that they will not use cotton that is come from Xinjiang to show their support against how the Chinese government treated Uyghur in Xinjiang.

This is a really important issue that the minority group in China is facing are treating inhumanity, and they also lost their freedom. If we said that badly, they are somehow being treat as a slave and all the action is being supervision and control. That is something that really against human rights, and it also causes people living in China to feel real fear. They are not doing anything wrong and the Chinese government did not like it and they need to be sent to the reduction camp. It could be said that the Chinese government is totalitarian, and from history, we can see that if a country that is powerful enough and totalitarian. They may do something horrible and may affect the world. Such as German in World War 2, so I think that is one of the reasons why people try to stop that, as we do not want any country that has too much power and treat their people whatever they want. That is a horrible thing to see.

I do not think that I can have a way that connects with someone who is facing this problem, as I believe normal people are hard to get connection with them. This problem can not be solved as that is really something that happens in China, and people from other countries can not do much about that, we can not affect their law or force them to stop doing that. What we can do is that we can use social media to spread out this news and let more people pay attention to that, and hope that will give the Chinese government pressure and stop their action to the Uyghur in Xinjiang. I am not sure what else we can do more about that, but maybe if people stop buying things that are made in Xinjiang cotton, that may give more pressure on China and let them know the problem.
